Andy Nicholls
Commercial Director (Co-founder)
Andy has 35 years experience in the built environment sector and is Cell Energy’s lead on all commercial aspects within the business. This includes 8 years renewable delivery experience through feasibility, modelling, design, delivery, installation and financing projects.
This equates to over 4MW of PV installation plus an additional 6MW of other renewables. Andy brings his expertise in energy assessment, financial modelling, project management, renewable planning permissions advice, PPA arrangements and CSR compliance.
Andy provides strategic planning for the business. Through his excellent networking skills Andy brings many new collaboration opportunities to the business
Lucy Harding
Projects Coordinator
Lucy joined Cell energy in 2022 and has previously worked in the IT and Financial Services sector.
Lucy brings her expertise in data analysis, process building and organisational skills to the business.
Lucy has shown exceptional skills in pipeline identification and development and has fast become an integral part of our team.
Matt Rudling
Co-founder
Matt has extensive experience in the electricity sector having worked for over thirty years for the distribution network operator for the East of England, London and the South East, latterly UK Power Networks.
